You may have noticed recently that your Petly App is inactive, or your results are not updating. This is because Petly has become a program of the past and has changed to Vello. Right now everyone can have access to their Vello Patient Portal through any internet browser at

There is an app currently available for iPhone users, and the app for android users will be available in the next few weeks. Iphone users check your app store for Idexx Vello and use this QR code.
