The Petly Patient Portal is our online patient portal that connects you to Augusta Animal Hospital and your pet’s personal vaccination records. As one of the Pet Parents of Augusta Animal Hospital, you get free access to an account on the Petly online portal.

Getting Access To Petly & Getting Started
When you bring your pet to Augusta Animal Hospital for the first time, we will have you provide your contact information and information about your pet such as details regarding your pet’s activities and health history. When filling out your contact information, we encourage you to include a valid email address for us to put on file, which is then used to send patient reminders. You will also get an invitation to create a Petly account for each of your pets.
You will receive an email within a couple of days of your first appointment with instructions to activate your new Petly account. Follow the instructions, set your password, and access your account. Your pet’s records are automatically available via this portal, and you have the ability to further customize your account by adding an image of your pet.
